CAMILA BEJARANO
PETERSEN
Teacher, researcher, filmmaker, screenwriter, and mother.
She leads Red Balloon, a children’s film workshop operating under the Extension Program of the Faculty of Arts at the National University of La Plata (FDA / UNLP).
As a filmmaker, her directorial work includes The Embrace of the Sea (2021), I Think I Hear: A Possible Story of Sanampay (2014), Walsh, Writer (2003), and Geography of Memory (2025).
In 2025, she was honored with the UNLP Award for Career Achievement in University Extension. Additionally, Red Balloon received the Latin American Photography Award for Solidarity Education Projects (CLAYSS, 2021).
She also leads Traveling on a Train of Shadows (2013–2015) and Letters to Laura (2011).
Currently, she serves as a Full Professor of Screenwriting 3 and Thesis Workshop (Theory and Critique Area) at FDA / UNLP, as well as a Professor of Artistic Languages.
MARITA CIRIGLIANO
Educator, photographer, filmmaker, and screenwriter.
She is a Professor of Screenwriting III at the Faculty of Arts, National University of La Plata (FDA / UNLP), with extensive experience across numerous audiovisual projects.
Her work as a screenwriter has received multiple accolades, including awards for Una Imagen del SIDA (2004), the educational video game projects Letters to Laura (2011) and Traveling on a Train of Shadows (2013–2015), the Raymundo Gleyzer Contest for Secret 4 (2023), and the FPAA (formerly ENCINE) award for Geography of Memory (2024).
She is also an organizer of the Elisa Villa Film Festival and a collaborator with the Cinema Verde Film Festival in Gainesville, Florida (USA).
FERNANDA SICILIANO
Audiovisual Communicator (FDA / UNLP) with a Postgraduate Diploma in Audiovisual Industry Project Management and Development (FA / UNC).
She serves as a project mentor in screenwriting laboratories, workshops, and pitching sessions. She is also a film essayist, contributing to various cultural publications.
Her background includes serving as a teaching team member in the Community Video and Documentary Film chair at the Faculty of Arts (FDA / UNLP), as well as coursing an extension project within the PIFACUS program (UNL).
She is an organizing team member of the Villa Elisa International Film Festival (FICVE), participated in the 2022 FIBAV Festival (UNLa), and is part of the Rondín Cultural artist collective in Villa Elisa.
